Concrete bull floats are professional manual leveling tools designed for the immediate post-screed smoothing, aggregate settling, and surface sealing of freshly poured concrete slabs. The assembly features a lightweight magnesium or extruded aluminum blade connected to a multi-directional knuckle-head bracket, driven by modular snap-lock extension handles that can reach spans over 6 to 12 meters, eliminating the need to step onto the wet slab. Channel floats feature rounded edges to smooth out ridges and seal surface pores, while check rods and bump cutters slice off high spots. Using a professional bull float brings up sufficient cement paste, dramatically reducing time during subsequent power troweling passes.
