Exchange and return

To return or exchange a product, the following return conditions must be met:
The product is not on the List of those that are not subject to exchange and return
the product was not used and was kept in the same condition as when purchased
Less than two weeks have passed since the purchase of the product
there is a cash or merchandise receipt.

You can return the product to the store (or exchange it for another similar one) within 14 days of purchase.This applies to goods of proper quality, i.e. unused and undamaged.
