Order Terms and Conditions
By placing an order on the Valeon website, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted the terms below.
1. Order placement and confirmation
An order is accepted for processing after it is confirmed by a manager. A manager may contact the customer to confirm product availability, specifications, quantity, payment method and delivery details.
The customer must provide valid contact information. If the customer cannot be reached, order processing may be postponed until the details are clarified.
2. Product availability
An active product on the website may be available for ordering regardless of the accounting stock shown in the internal system. Actual availability is confirmed by a manager after the order is placed.
If a product is temporarily unavailable, the manager will inform the customer and, where possible, offer an agreed delivery time or an alternative product.
3. Minimum order amount
The minimum value of products in an order is 500 UAH. Delivery charges are not included in this minimum.
4. Prices and payment
Prices on the website are shown in Ukrainian hryvnia. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Final payment details may be clarified by a manager when the order is confirmed.
5. Delivery
Nova Poshta delivery starts from 70 UAH. The delivery cost depends on shipment parameters and the selected delivery method.
The delivery charge is shown separately and is not included in the product total displayed as the order total on the website.
6. Changes and cancellation
Before dispatch, the customer may contact the store to change or cancel the order. If the order has already been handed to the carrier, further actions are agreed with the manager according to the shipment status.
7. Exchanges and returns
Exchange and return terms are provided on the separate “Exchange and return” page and apply together with applicable Ukrainian law.
8. Personal data
Personal data processing and protection rules are provided on the “User Agreement” page.
9. Acceptance of the terms
Confirming agreement with these terms during checkout means acceptance of the version in effect at the time the order is placed.
