DELIVERY
Options for receiving an order from the Valeon online store:
1. Delivery in Kyiv:
Free delivery from 5000 UAH (except for goods from the "Abrasive and diamond tools" section).
Standard delivery – from 70 UAH.
Urgent delivery - the possibility is discussed separately with the manager-consultant.
Delivery of large goods is discussed with the manager individually.
2. Pickup
After confirming and approving the order, you can pick up the goods from our warehouse at the address: Kyiv, Heroiv Kosmosu St., 6-A, office 208
3. Delivery in Ukraine:
The cost of delivery is calculated individually depending on the transportation service, dimensions, and selected delivery method.
We can deliver the goods to your city by any transportation service convenient for you. Below is a list of the most popular services and delivery terms:
"Nova Poshta" – delivery and insurance according to tariffs. Delivery is paid by the client to the carrier upon receipt of the goods.
"EuroExpress" — delivery and insurance according to tariffs. Delivery is paid by the client to the carrier upon receipt of the goods.
"Night Express" - delivery and insurance according to tariffs. Delivery is paid by the client to the carrier upon receipt of the goods.
"Delivery" - delivery and insurance according to tariffs. Delivery is paid by the client to the carrier upon receipt of the goods.
"InTime" - delivery and insurance according to tariffs. Delivery is paid by the client to the carrier upon receipt of the goods.
"Mist Express" — delivery and insurance according to tariffs. Delivery is paid by the client to the carrier upon receipt of the goods.
"Gunsel" - delivery and insurance according to tariffs. Delivery is paid by the client to the carrier upon receipt of the goods.

1. CASH TO THE COURIER OR UPON RECEIVING THE GOODS FROM OUR WAREHOUSE
You pay for the goods after they are delivered by courier.
Please note:
Cash payment can be made only if delivery is by courier within the city of Kyiv. Kyiv. (You can pay for the goods using a card or self-service terminal, see information below).
For clients from other cities, we suggest choosing one of the payment methods below.
Payment is made exclusively in national currency at the exchange rate determined at the time of order. We provide you with a full set of documents to confirm payment
2. CASHLESS PAYMENT
Payment for the goods can be made by non-cash payment, according to the invoice issued by our managers to our current account. You can pay the bill at any bank branch (you will have to pay for bank services - usually it is from 1 to 2% of the payment amount).
3. PRIVATBANK SELF-SERVICE TERMINAL
A client from any city in Ukraine can use the nearest Privatbank self-service terminal. To do this, you just need to find us in the list, specify the amount, account and make a payment (with the standard Privatbank fee for using the terminal).
4. ONLINE PAYMENTS
You can pay for the goods through our website using any Visa/MasterCard payment card (online). Payment is made through the secure payment system of PrivatBank – Liqpay. The system commission is 2%. When receiving the order, it is mandatory to have an ID card with you.
5. PAYMENT THROUGH Privat24
You can make a payment from your PrivatBank card via the Internet in the Privat24 system.
To do this, in the Privat24 system, go to the "All Services" section, then in the side menu select "Payments", then select the "Across Ukraine" item, in the form that opens, in the Recipient's account number cell, type 26008052731562 or type the number and check the box Recipient's account is opened in PrivatBank. In the payment purpose, indicate what the payment is for.
6. PAYMENT BY CARD
Customers who receive goods within Kyiv can pay by card via a terminal in our office or upon delivery and receipt of goods using a portable terminal from our courier. (To implement this payment method, it is necessary to notify the manager who confirms the order).
